A kombucha whiskey sour featuring a balance of sweet and tart. Garnish with an orange peel and maraschino cherry.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Nectarine Kombucha
Dash egg white
Pinch of sugar
PREPARATION
1. Fill shaker with ice.
2. Combine bourbon, 1 oz nectarine kombucha.
3. Add pinch of sugar
4. Add dash of egg white
5. Strain into an ice-filled lowball or old-fashioned glass.
