HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The cost of shipping will be determined during checkout and depend on when they were ordered, as well as the delivery method and destination.
DO YOU SHIP KEGS?
We offer local delivery/pickup of kegs for a fee within a 25 mile radius of our location.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO IN THE US?
J’s Kombucha ships to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. To locate J’s Kombucha products in stores near you, use the J's Kombucha Locator.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
No, J's Kombucha does not ship internationally at this time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your J’s Kombucha order will be shipped on weekdays as fast as possible. We rely on UPS, USPS, or other delivery partners to reach customers, and the shipment process can take up to 5 business days to arrive at your door due to weather and other circumstances, depending on when they were ordered, the delivery destination, and the flavor(s) chosen.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped if available.
HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
J’s Kombucha partners with several carriers to offer the best shipping experience. Depending on your delivery address and which flavor(s) you choose, our kombucha will usually ship in a thermal, cushion-lined cardboard box. In some cases, orders will be shipped via alternative methods if safe to do so. You may receive ice packs or not depending, but the kombucha is safe to drink either way. Please refrigerate immediately for the best experience.
HOW DO I STORE KOMBUCHA
J’s Kombucha is a live culture; it must be stored it in the refrigerator to prevent the fermentation process from continuing in the can.
Do not store your Kombucha in warm temperatures as this can cause further fermentation, spoilage of flavor, and can also cause pressure to build inside the can.
The good bacteria inside J’s Kombucha will not be harmed during transit. However, it must be refrigerated as soon as possible to prevent further fermentation.

J's Kombucha customer pickup is available Monday-Friday, 9AM - 4 PM

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
J's Kombucha pickup orders are usually ready soon after the order is placed on business days. An email confirming your order will be followed by a second email letting you know when it's ready for pickup. If you're in a hurry, or need directions, you can contact us at 651-603-4698.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?
Upon arriving at J’s Kombucha, call 651-603-4698, or ring the bell. Please bring a cooler to help keep your kombucha cold.
