Kombucha (kuhm·boo·chuh) is a refreshing, & effervescent probiotic fermented beverage made from tea loaded with an active culture of probiotics.
WHAT DOES KOMBUCHA TASTE LIKE?
Kombucha has a complex flavor profile that's slightly tart, fizzy, and a little sweet. Our flavors are made with organic fruits that we cold-press juice in St. Paul.
IS KOMBUCHA GOOD FOR YOU?
Kombucha is rich with essential amino acids, antioxidants, vitamins, and probiotics that help to improve digestion, detoxify the body, and strengthen immunity.
IS KOMBUCHA NON-ALCOHOLIC?
Our Classic Kombucha is non-alcoholic, but does contain trace amounts of alcohol (less than 0.5% ABV) produced during fermentation.
HOW DO YOU STORE KOMBUCHA?
Kombucha must be kept refrigerated (between 33° and 41° F) to retain the best quality and flavor. If stored in proper conditions, kombucha can last for up to 12 months or longer.
IS THERE CAFFEINE IN KOMBUCHA?
J's Kombucha contains a small amount of caffeine; a 12 oz can contains around 11mg (32ppm).
